Telling Your Feelings

Anda berasa x ? Anda merasakan y ? Anda terasa dengan z ? Dan perasaan anda menjadi x + y + z = aa + ab + bb.

Okay, dat's enough. Well, I know sometimes our feelings were mixed altogether such as x + y + z and then it was getting complicated such as aa + ab + bb. Everyone had through this. And everyone knows how dat feels!

When we feel the excitement, the joyful, oh my God... it was too happy to explain it with words! The world is mine! We scream out loud to express it. We laugh out loud to celebrate it. We feel dat we are flying on the sky because of it. And sometimes we drop our tears because we were touched of it... It doesn't matter on how we react on it, 'cause the happiness belongs to us, to everyone. We could share it with anybody, which will make them feel happy too. Positive things are good to be shared!

But, happiness is not the only thing dat we feel. We do feel the sadness... sometimes the loneliness... We feel so down until we can't smile even for ourselves. We lost our appetite. We lost our moods. We lost our spirit. We lost in the black cave in ourselves.

Sad. Alone.

Come here darling, let me tell you something...

You know how hurt it is to be sad, rite? You know how hard for you to accept something that makes you upset, rite? And of course no one in this world want to feel the sadness. But why we still feel it? My dear... this small world has a big secret that we sometimes can't expect it. It has many surprise waiting for us 'till it's time for us to open it. And not all of the surprises will make us smile widely... some of the surprises would make us shocked. Some of them would make us feel bad. Maybe some of them would make us feel angry. And it is not possible dat one of them would make us cry like a baby...

And when we feel upset, think positively. It's not a torture for us. But it is a P.R.E.P.A.R.A.T.I.O.N for us. To prepare for what? To prepare ourselves to handle it whenever the sadness comes again.

You got me? Or you lost me? Hahaha! Okay, okay... When we sad, sometimes we get lost of our direction, we get lost of our minds. We feels dat we are not suppose to face this... this things shouldn't happen... why don't it be like this and dat... bla bla bla...

Guys!!! Come on! Things can't fulfill our desire! We are the one who need to trick it wisely. Let say, someone you loved so much makes ur heart broke. Trust me, it is not worth for you to cry for it all day and all nite. I knew how does it feels when our heart was broken by SOMEONE dat WE LOVE SO MUCH. He or she did spoil your mood, and you don't have to spoil it more by remember it all the time.

Cry if you want, to release ur feelings. but don't cry too much. And look around. Check ur phone book or whatever. There are lots of people who can cheer you up other than the one who broke ur heart. We can tell them about ur feelings... ask for advices... make some jokes to forget ur sadness for a while... build ur spirit back... and then, smile... (^_^) Don't let the sadness tight yourself. Do something dat can make you forget bout it. And don't forget to pray... tell to Him, anything, because only He and you know bout ur feelings... Trust me, u will feel the peaceful, the calmness, the happiness if you pray to Him, as for me and other muslims, He is Allah...

It would be hard for us to do it for the first time, if this is the first time u're doin' it... =) But once u can handle ur sadness, I believe dat u can handle it for the other time... I know sadness is hard to be accepted, yet it is hard to be forgotten. But we can still learn on how to manage it.. As my friend said to me, we must brave to choose the happiness!

Sorry if I did wrote something not correctly, because I'm just a human... Never meant to show off anything... And those advices are for myself too... U can share anything u feel with me!
